Ale and Esther

This is my sister Ale. She is a very good tennis teacher. I can't wait that Eli and Sarah start playing tennis even though she lives in North Italy and will not be able to teach them to play tennis. She enjoyed staying with Esther a lot and fed her too!

Easter

Sophie and David play a lot together outside. David let Sophie play with his new tractor, a Christmas present from his grandma, while he plays with the police car that some neighbors gave him in Duvall.

Our chinese tangerine trees

David and Sophie eating our chinese tangerines. Matthew made lots of jam with them. It is so yummy. If you eat them plain, they are a little bit sour but Sophie and David don`t mind at all. We have two trees just in front of the house. This picture is taken from the kitchen.

Our fig tree

This is one of our fruit trees. It`s a fig tree. I can`t wait to eat the figs. They should be ready in June. The girls love climbing it. David is not interested yet!!

Planting in March

Today we started planting our seeds:3 kinds of lettuce, radishes, sweet peas, basil. In the following weeks we are going to plant tomatoes, zucchini, melons and plenty other things. It is very fun planting things!!

First time

Today I (Maria) decided to start our family blog, so all our friends in America can know how things are going for us. I`m sorry if my english will not be perfect at times, I will try to do my best! Other members of the family will join in when they can.
Today it is beautiful. It`s sunny and pretty warm. Everybody is working in the yard, while me and Esther are inside enjoying each other.
